HAYAS Group is developing a new manufacturing and assembly division focused on precision mechanical products and equipment.
Our activities combine engineering, component preparation, precision assembly and quality control to deliver reliable products with consistent performance. We source components, spare parts and materials from qualified suppliers.
Our current manufacturing project focuses on precision - guided knife sharpening systems. The production process includes mechanical assembly, preparation and integration of components, adjustment and quality control of finished systems.
The products are designed for accurate and repeatable sharpening and incorporate precision-machined mechanical components and adjustable guidance systems.

HAYAS Group team with its professional partners is developing manufacturing and assembly operations for precision-guided knife sharpening systems. The systems are high-precision manual sharpening equipment manufactured using CNC-machined metal components and designed for content sharpening-angle control.
Our goal is to establish a flexible manufacturing platform capable of producing and assembling high-quality mechanical products for international markets.
